By registering for competitions or submitting entries on The Paperweight, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

Digital & Irrevocable Services

All competition registrations, entry fees, evaluation fees, and other payments made on this website relate to non-tangible, digital, and irrevocable services.

Once a payment is made:

  • No refunds, full or partial, will be issued

  • No cancellations will be accepted

  • No adjustments or transfers of fees between competitions

This is because digital submissions are reviewed, processed, and queued immediately.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Payments

If you believe a payment was made fraudulently or without your consent, please contact your bank or payment provider (e.g., Razorpay). We will assist with verification but cannot guarantee reversals.

Duplicate Payments

If a genuine duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error, you may contact us at (your email) with proof. At our discretion, we may issue a refund or adjust it against a future competition.

Non-Delivery

There is no physical delivery associated with registration or evaluation fees. All services are digital. For queries, write to contact@thepaperweight.in.
